"We used Netfirms for about 2 months. We have had issues
with our e-mail going down every 2-4 days. We constantly contact
customer support, they say it will be fixed soon. What is
soon? Today, tomorrow? They couldn't answer us. We ask if
they have a log of our calls, they don't. We ask to talk to
supervisor...conveniently they are always in a meeting and
"unreachable". Our website was up more than our
e-mail was, but our website was also very slow to load a flash
intro that was less than a mb in size. It would take 20-30
seconds for the initial load. We uploaded that file to other
web hosts and it loaded in less than 5 seconds."
